How to delete my account on MiceManager Team ?
The first way to delete an account is by submitting a request directly to your organization’s administrator. The administrator is responsible for processing the deletion and ensuring that all personal information, including your first name, last name, and email address, is permanently removed from your user profile.
If, for any reason, this internal process is not available or cannot be completed, you may contact us directly using the form below. Please note that this process may require you to provide a valid identification document to verify your identity and prevent unauthorized deletion requests. In some cases, direct communication with the instance administrators may also be necessary to confirm and complete the deletion.
What will be deleted
- your firstname
- your lastname
- your e-mail
- your password footprint
What we cannot delete
- your contribution (experiments, comments, genotypings, ... since it is not under your ownership)
- your certificates (regulatory requirement - must be removed by the person in charge)
- your anonymized logs (access, actions, ...)
