This patch release focuses on resolving compatibility and performance issues identified in Firefox, while also enhancing the user experience and efficiency of the genotyping entry process.
Firefox fix
The root web application structure was outdated, and issues with flex behaviour were being handled through approximative methods. This has now been corrected, resulting in a more organized and consistent layout across pages and modals.

Automation in Genotyping entry processes
It was reported that acknowledging mouse genotyping was a tedious process, as users had to manually tick each checkbox to mark operation as “Done”. Since this step only adds value when performed correctly on the intended purpose, we have introduced an option to simplify and streamline this workflow.
A new setting in the mice configuration now allows you to automate genotyping acknowledgement and tracking. When this option is enabled:
The acknowledgment checkbox is automatically ticked once the genotype is entered.
If an allele is modified for a mouse not yet included in the genotyping list, that mouse is automatically added in the active genotyping session.
To reduce potential errors, mice that are wild type (WT) or not genotyped (e.g., culled before genotyping) still require manual confirmation to ensure record accuracy.
As before, both the acknowledgement status (“has been done”) and the genotyping inclusion remain fully reversible.
